LAB Architecture, PLLC is a full-service, woman-owned firm that provides professional architectural services to residential and commercial clients. LAB Architecture provides comprehensive architectural services from conceptual design through construction completion, including filing construction documents with the building department.

By utilizing an integrated approach, and engaging consultants and contractors early in the process, we are best able to examine design goals, site constraints, budget, and schedule to achieve the most appropriate and inspired solution for every client. For many clients, in conjunction with our design work, we have completed feasibility studies, zoning analyses, project budgets, and schedules.

All of our work is located within NYC and thus is subject to review by the NYC Department of Buildings. Many of our projects are also subject to review by the NYC Landmarks Commission. Our professional expertise spans the creative to the technical. No project is too big or small. We can assist you in procuring a new Certificate of Occupancy or a permit to build a partition or redo a bathroom.
